The Shutters Briefing

The client has an outdoor pool room that is subject to a high amount of westerly sun. The plan was to find a solution to provide protection for furniture and guests, whilst still having an option for light exposure. The window treatment chosen would have to be functional and aesthetically pleasing as this was an area used often by family and friends.

The Shutters Product

The product chosen was Bi folding PVC shutters as they were being installed in an extreme environment which would see them subjected to pool water and all associated chemicals in the water . The PVC shutters are solid with an aluminium core and stainless steel hinges providing strength and durability.

The final fitted Shutters

The end result provided a functional and aestheticly pleasing look to the pool area. By using a bifold hinge system the door way is easy to access and use with the user friendly system. This opening can now be closed off to act as a wall or opened up as a walk way the options are endless which makes this shutter system perfect for this client.
